Briana has a Heart condition called Tetralogy of Fallots
(4 defects within the heart) this was detected at the 20 week scan. When she reached an ideal weight at six months old she underwent open heart surgery at the Royal Brompton Hospital "London" all went very well and she made a full recovery. Since then one of the main arteries has become 92% blocked and she is to undergo Further open heart surgery next month to correct this . She will be 4 years of age in May and will have a life time of hospital visits with a further 2 operations later in life.
Having spent a few hours with Briana, she's like a grey hound out of the stalls!
We didn't know what expect when 'Dad' Paul Dray asked if Briana could have a ride around the school, little Briana what a bundle of joy!
Thank you to Carol for taking care of the little people & parents.
And sorting 'Blaze', who behaved wonderfully.
Is it my turn next, wait for me hold the horse !
